Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions, procedures, and other necessary matters governing the use of services provided by UIBOWL Inc. (the “Company”) through the websites operated by the Company (the “Sites”) and web and mobile applications (the “Applications”; collectively with the Sites, the “Platforms”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
  2. “Site” means a website created and operated by the Company or its affiliates to provide services to users. The current website operated by the Company is:
    1. www.uibowl.io
  3. “Application” means a program created and operated by the Company or its affiliates so that users may access the Services through desktop computers, smartphones, or other portable devices, regardless of the operating system, including Chrome, Whale, Edge, iOS, and Android. Current Applications operated by the Company include:
    1. uibowl and UIBOWL
  4. “Services” means all ancillary services provided through the Platforms operated by the Company, including Content and related services, networking, and career management services for job seeking and related purposes.
  5. “User” means any Member or non-member who accesses the Company’s Platforms and uses the Services in accordance with these Terms.
  6. “Member” means a User who has entered into a service agreement with the Company, has been assigned a User ID, and may continuously receive information from and use the Services provided by the Company.
  7. “Non-member” means a User who is not a Member but uses the Services provided by the Company.
  8. “Content” means materials or information expressed in electronic form, including symbols, text, voice, sound, images, or video, that are produced or processed to enhance their value in storage and use.
  9. “ID” means a combination of letters or numbers selected by a Member and approved by the Company for identification and use of the Services.
  10. “Password” means a combination of letters or numbers selected by a Member to verify that the Member matches the assigned ID and to protect confidentiality.
  11. “MCP Plugin” means an integration feature provided by the Company that enables Users to use the Company’s UI/UX reference search and related functions within external AI services that support the Model Context Protocol (“MCP”), including ChatGPT, Codex, and Claude.

Article 3 (Provision of Company Information)

  1. The Company will make the contents of these Terms, its business name, representative’s name, business address, customer service address, telephone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, mail-order sales registration number, and person responsible for personal information management readily available on the initial screen of the online Services. The Terms may instead be made available through a linked page.

Article 4 (Posting of Terms)

  1. The Company will take technical measures to enable Members to print these Terms in full and review them during transactions.
  2. The Company will provide technical means by which Users may submit questions and receive responses regarding these Terms.
